These porpoises are made from repurposed materials! My idea for these unique little porpoises came from a desire to make plush critters that are not only friendly, but also environmentally-friendly.

Additionally, a portion of porpoise proceeds is also donated to Mission Blue, a non-profit organization striving to make the world a better place, for both us humans and our animal friends.

Repurposed Porpoise is approximately:
• 15.5" long
• 11" wide
• 8.5" tall

Please note that all plushies are handmade, so there are slight variations between each one.

These plush porpoise toys are made from:
• REPURPOSED exterior fabric: Reused from secondhand pillow cases, pants, dresses, and other recycled or reclaimed textiles
• REPURPOSED interior stuffing: ~95% fabric remnants, repurposed from the leftovers of fabrics I use to make my other plush friends (hooray sustainability!)
• A wee bit of recycled polyester filling, in the fins and flippers
• Sewing and embroidery thread

Due to their repurposed nature, no two porpoises are alike, and their fabric patterns and colors are only available in very small, limited quantities. Also, some porpoises have “thinner skin” than others, so you can sometimes see a little of their colorful inside remnants through the fabric.

These plushies should be safe for everyone of all ages, but should also probably be careful around children under 4 years old, as kids are known to be mischievous critters :3
