• Where is the store based?

• What is the status of this shop? I saw you have a new one.

  I created a new web shop at:
  https://tanekosayshello.square.site/

  It's easier for me to keep track of inventory and offer coupons or special sales through the Square platform, so I plan to have that be my main web shop.

  For this Storenvy shop, I plan to keep it up and active, though I won't be adding new art and plush designs here. This is more a space for people to order plush friends on demand.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! But please message me before placing your order so we can find the shipping option that's best for you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  After successfully receiving full payment, please allow 1 to 7 business days for me to make & package your order before getting it shipped out. You can typically expect:
  ✹ 1 to 5 business days for non-plush items.
  ✹ 3 to 7 business days for plush items.

  UNITED STATES/DOMESTIC ORDERS:

  ✹ Items will be shipped via USPS, typically Ground Advantage for smaller orders and Priority Mail for larger ones. If you prefer another shipping service or provider, please contact me before completing your order.
  ✹ Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 6 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. I cannot promise how quickly the post office operates, but I will notify you when I've shipped your item.
  ✹ USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail both include a tracking number for domestic shipping of packages.
